Our patient account services team provides key support in not only generating patient statements and properly accounting for their collection, but for providing one-on-one support for payment assistance and insurance claims processing.

 

 



Make A Payment

PAY YOUR BILL

Pay your bill online with JRMC. You can complete your entire bill-pay transaction 24 hours a day, through an easy-to-use, secure website.

PAYMENT PLAN ASSISTANCE

 If the full balance that is owed to JRMC is unable to be paid on time, patients may call the business office to set up payment arrangements.

COMMUNITY CARE

At times, individuals indicate that they do not have the monetary funds available to pay their hospital bills. As such, the hospital has a Community Care program which aids patients in resolving their financial obligation. A patient accounts coordinator is available to assist with the application process. Each application is reviewed by the Community Care committee individually. If approved, all or a portion of the bill may be forgiven. The decision is based on the patient’s assets and liabilities. Click here to learn more about Community Care.

MEDICAID APPLICATION SUPPORT

A patient account coordinator will help patients with the Medicaid application and follow-up with social services to assist them in getting approved for Medical Assistance.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Patients may call the business office with any questions regarding their accounts, insurance payment or bills. Accounts representatives are happy to file a patient’s claim and follow up with the insurance company if there are problems.
