An outdoor music event promises to hit the high note for healthcare in the community. Concert for Care is set for Thursday, July 27.

The evening features entertainers Matt Aakre and Jeb Reinhiller and includes an all-ages rib-fest style barbecue and street dance.

Jamestown Elks sponsors the event, which raises funds for both the Anne Carlsen Center and Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

“Miles matter when it comes to cost-efficient, very good care,” said JRMC Foundation Director Lisa Jackson. “It is a great way to support our services for you and your family’s needs.”

Jamestown Elks sponsor the rib-fest style barbecue, which begins at 5 p.m. Meals are $10.

Concert for Care is located at 2nd Avenue SW, in front of the Elks and Bank Forward. The concert begins at 8 p.m. Concert admission is $10. And, children ages 5 and under are free.

Event sponsors include Cork & Barrel Liquors, Bank Forward, Hugo’s and Stutsman Harley-Davidson.
